One person wears way too many hats for the role assigned, especially for the poor compensation. One person is the "only" person bustling around the office when the manager and the other person is sitting around not helping you.
It depends. The expectation is 8, but the days are fluid and if you're in management the expectation is that you're doing more outside of normal operating hours. A typical day was anywhere from 8-12 hours.
