The employee scholar program is generous and one can study any field at an accreddited institution. The offering of benefits is not worth much at Carrier Indy, however, when those offering make it diffcult by requiring so many weeks of such long hours.

2 weeks after a year and one half, but you'll use a good deal of it to get off on weekends that they require you to work, which is most every weekend
