If you like money, it will flow your way along with mandatory IT.
The employee scholar program is generous and one can study any field at an accreddited institution. The offering of benefits is not worth much at Carrier Indy, however, when those offering make it diffcult by requiring so many weeks of such long hours.
The health benefits seem ok. I don't subscribe as I have health coverage from a former employer with a REAL union.
401k and matching is good.
Discount on buying a Furnace we fabricate exists, but it is very restrictive and a bit difgicukt to use. The company doesn't tell you what the discount is when you fill out paperwork, but they do include all restrictions. Only employee, no family. Select companies too purchase and install.
Average amount of Holidays
Employees are required ti use vacation to cover the time off when company stops production for inventory, basically closing for a week with only trades and a few select workers still in plant
