The employee scholar program is generous and one can study any field at an accreddited institution. The offering of benefits is not worth much at Carrier Indy, however, when those offering make it diffcult by requiring so many weeks of such long hours.
The health benefits seem ok. I don't subscribe as I have health coverage from a former employer with a REAL union.
