Typical workday included answering the phone taking orders by phone, working the counter and also taking personal orders by walk-ins. The job requires a lot of memorization pertaining to part numbers. You normally work along another counter associate and the store manager. Hardest part of the job was having huge orders in the summer time with a line of other customers waiting their turn. Most enjoyable was socializing with the regulars that normally bought everyday.
Territory Manager (Former Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – May 3, 2018
By far the most out of touch management group I’ve ever had to work for. Promotes a culture of dissatisfaction and general unhappiness among all their employees. Very negative and standoffish from every employee especially the management group corporate office is unresponsive and lackluster would not recommend working here unless you’re absolutely desperate.
Support Staff (Former Employee) – Northeast – December 8, 2017
They bring you in with promise of bonuses that haven't happened in years. Raises haven't been given out in same time. Management has no clue what goes on from day to day tasks. Warehouses aren't up to date on codes. No team morale. Same people that complain everyday are ones that will never leave, but infect the staff. Controller promotes staff with no business credentials, and no leadership abilities at all. Most unprofessional place I've ever worked for.
