Explore new ideas no matter what level had them. Bring back challenging the status quo. Look to reward employees somehow with some type of bonus structure that is allowed by the government with Private Education.

Lead from empowering your employees and not by fear with threatening their jobs. Publish engagement surveys as they used to be, more transparency. I would rather work for a company that is honest about us all being in the success together than a company that hides, omits or doesn't speak of the serious problems we have as an organisation. The company that has the in this together mindset, is a company I would work myself to the bone for.

I would practice what I preach in the classroom. Guess faculty lack professional and personal ethics and their short term memory is impaired.
They promise to take you "grocery shopping" and then land you in a different setting. No remorse whatsoever, and they call themselves nurses...how disgusting.
