They normally come at the beginning of the next year. Everyone goes through an evaluation process. A mid year review, and then a final evaluation. At that time depending on your work and growth process it is determined if you should receive a raise. Normally it’s. 3% cost of living raise unless you have done exceptionally well and it could be more.

I only wish them the best in their future acquisitions but moreover, I hope to one day, see a real policy put in place that truly prohibits discrimination, retaliation, and mistreatment of people with mental illnesses. It all starts at the top and trickles down and they seem to be doing incredible in Atlanta and it is such a shame I was not lucky enough to get put on a property with the right team.
