A typical day at work consists of dealing with non-compliant children and plenty of elopements. The climate of children in the program has drastically changed. They are more difficult to deal with. I loved working at Cvca until 2015 when new people took over .They went after old staff salary and brought in people for less now the service are not the same and the children are the ones who lose out
