Caruso's Coffee offers medical insurance 90 days after your hire date. It is an HSA plan through Cigna Healthcare. In addition we also offer paid time off, plus employees have the ability to participate in our 401k plan. If the employee saves 5% of their salary, we will match 4%, if they save less then 5% we match 3%.

Caruso's Coffee does have access to a dental plan. This plan is at the expense of the employee.
