I was not hired with a felony even though the charges were false allegations by my ex-fiance. I was asked, and explained to, an HR rep that I was not the first person she had done this to. I also explained the night I broke the engagement off, she told me she was going to ruin my life and make the allegations. Unfortunately, I didn't have funds to go to trial. Now stuck with this, Carvana as well, would not give the chance to prove my worth and who I really am...So NO, Carvana will NOT give you a chance if you have a conviction.

I personally would never hire a convicted felon, but Carvana is the the city on the hill for felons
