Anyone and everyone can no call/no show without discipline. The health benefits $250/week. Another $43/week for dental/vision. Safety: working many 12 hr shifts for many days, employees are run ragged. Hard work is not the problem, becoming physically and mentally exhausted is. Other safety issues. No communication with CEO. Current MGMT treats employees as if disposable. Fairly high turnover..from hot headed operations mgr who will fire hard workers on the spot with little to no justification. Poor employees can stay if they keep their mouths shut and "drink the koolaid". Also high turnover from people leaving to find jobs they are treated like humans.
