It is a great place to work just very unprofessional when supervising.

I have to enter all my payments into excel each morning, check voicemail and return calls, start calling members that are delinquent in each club to get payment or payment arrangements, deal with angry customers and try my best to resolve the issues and provide great customer service.

Great people!Directing visitors to appropriate contacts, sorting mail, answering incoming calls, worked as a team member performing cashier duties, product assistance and cleaning. Answered customers’ questions and addressed problems and complaints in person and via phone. Opened and closed the office, which included counting cash drawers and making bank deposits. Recommended and helped customers select cars based on their needs. Managed wide variety of customer service and administrative task
