Chemical Dependency Counselor in Towanda, PA

I like the agency as they worked with me to ensure I was trained accurately. The environment was good and team building was good. Manager always took time to ensure the clients were giving good care

Impulsive and paranoid leadership they split staff and gas light. Inconsistent with rules, they are different for each employee. No concern for clients. Working for Trinity is like being in a toxic relationship. And they will break your heart.
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist in Hornell, NY

i am a new employee with the company and so far my experience has been very positive. our voices are heard from management, we are encouraged to move up the latter, proper trainings provided, staff are supported, pay isnt bad
Substance Abuse Counselor in Elmira, NY
on March 27, 2021
Supervision is often done by those with far less experience than those they "supervise." Preference is often shown to those who ingratiate regardless of an employees dedication to serving the Client.
Grunt in Elmira, NY

I’ve worked in many human services agencies and this is the worst of the worst. It’s a culture of nepotism and unethical practices. Highly recommend you seek employment elsewhere where you’ll be respected and paid more fairly. If client care is important to you, this agency is not what you’re looking for. They prioritize numbers, dollars, and ruining their staff morale over appropriate and proper treatment of vulnerable individuals.
