Great company to work for!
RN (Current Employee) - Neodesha, KS - September 7, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAlways a variety of facilities with open availability! Even in the event of a cancellation they are able to get you booked with another facility. They have a great sense of loyalty to their clients as well as employees. Would recommend the agency to anyone looking for per for per diem work. Hands down one of the best forsure!

Not a good place work environment
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) - Missouri - July 13, 2023
The constant attitudes from the “staffing managers” is beyond me. This coming is not understand if any situation that can arise at anytime. At the end of the day it’s always your fault no matter the issue. They lie about the pay in your interview then tell you it’s because that’s what the facility is offering. It’s not at all. They do not care about their employees and their actions shows. You never get good feedback from them, it’s always negative vibes from them. Very demanding and stick company but can even send a Happy CNA/Nurses Week, thanks for all your hard work. Instead complete opposite. No incentive’s or anything.

CMA/CNA (Current Employee) - Wichita, KS - May 18, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Weekly pay and picking of your own shifts What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They are not very family orientated. Especially if you have a sick child and have to call in hours in advance What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Agency work your all over. You pick up shifts and find places you like to go. I usually stick to them What is a typical day like for you at the company? Going to work just like a regular job. Except it’s agency you take a chance of being canceled

Healthcare contracts and PRN
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) - Springfield, MO - January 13, 2023
This job was prn for me. My manager/scheduling was very kind. Kept track of what day’s I was available for work and didn’t bother me on day’s I listed as unavailable. I received texts when a job was available within the driving distance I specified. Only issue was the text would go to all the nurses who were available at that location. There were times I didn’t have enough time to grab the shift before someone else. That comes with the prn staffing at every company I used. I had the opportunity to sign for full or part time contracts. This would guarantee hours. The interview was thorough but the paperwork I had to sign was a book. Required education was well written, informative and enough warning and time was given to complete. It was relevant to the job I was doing.
Pros
Respected my availability. Provided/required education wasn’t overwhelming
Cons
Competition was high, Paperwork excessive

I genuinely laugh and smile just about every day at work. We work hard and do meaningful work. I enjoy helping RNs and CNAs earn $$$ while helping healthcare facilities maintain adequate staffing levels.
Pros
No micromanagement

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) - Garden City, KS - January 6, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? That you don’t have to see these people face to face they are liars worked 3 whole shifts and said I did not lied lied. So they got 3 days of me for free but I’m sure they got paid through the company! What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They system is cinvientantly down at click in times and / or clock out times or having to drive 56 miles to find out your shift is canceled and they forgot to let me know with no compensation pay What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Favoritism they get the ones who have worked the longest and tend to have their favorites this is including the facilities they don’t like agency girls What is a typical day like for you at the company? Am I scheduled ? Typically do all the work because their employees say we get paid more so let them do the hard work I’ve had that said straight to my face

Productive and fun work enviornment
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Current Employee) - Kansas City, MO - November 23, 2022
The management at Cascade goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and friendly work culture. Days are filled with laughs between calls, talk of football and the freedom to add your opinion when important matters are being discussed. No one is made to feel lesser than or like they are an outsider. Cascade truly welcomes every new employee with open arms and all the training they need to learn their position. While Cascade is a fast paced environment where changes are frequent they also make a point to show their appreciation for your hard work in many ways. You get to draw out of a bunch of giftcards to pick one for your birthday, extra days off around some holidays to be with your family and even a quarterly reward program where you win prizes just for doing your job! Prizes include everything from giftcards, airpods or even a Flat screen tv! I come to work excited to conquer our daily goals and leave work free of stress ready to focus on my family. What more could you ask for?
Pros
quarterly reward program, friendly bosses, great healthcare
