Good Company
It's a good outfit. It is owned by four therapists in Utah. They are in daily contact with their Administrators, and know what is happening in their facilities. The regional staff were great to work for and with. I have no complaints from my time with Cascades.

What is the best part of working at the company?I’ve never had a worse experience at a job. I loved the patients but that was the only good thing. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The management! No realistic support. Unless the facility was under inspection, you won’t get help. Terrible place to work
Will fire you if you get hurt how does this show you care about your employees or the patients? Numerous tags of neglect facility is filthy smells bad. Note most of the good reviews are from Utah this is where corporate is located.
