Good Job, sometimes frustrating
Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Kingman, AZ – October 27, 2016
While I did not always agree with how things were done, it was a good job overall. Work is not particularly difficult, just has a high learning curve with 12+ hours of standing per shift. Management could use some improvement with better training programs. You work closely with only a few individuals. The hardest part of the job is working with the old machines with critical parts failing or about to fail, the most enjoyable times were achieving high production with good quality despite all the difficulties.
Good pay, opportunities to advance payrates quickly
Poor machine maintenance, working with broken parts
