As explained above, the need to answer to a Mid-Manager who was inept and not a people person. Someone who has no negotiating skills, and can only read from a script is not suited for such an important position.


Work is fast paced and you need to be productive. They do not want to pay people to come to work and goof off. It is very reasonable.
