What advice would you give the CEO of Casella Waste Systems about how to improve it?
You need to have more training. To hire someone and not have a training manual for your data base or have anyone train you because the company is short staffed, only sets the person up for failure.
The future is bright for Casella however they really need to focus more on a Universal Training amongst all departments.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Casella Waste Systems a better place to work?
I would honestly update the training guide to make it more user friendly. It's not impossible to navigate, but it could be improved.
They are ALWAYS hiring drivers. I just called and they immediately asked me to come in for an interview.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Casella Waste Systems?
Avoid the word "ummm". Be yourself though, because they recognize that what makes you who you are is what will make you a great representative for the company. They appreciate the diversity of their employees and the gifts they each bring.
