Unrealistic demands, high stress environment

I was hired as a salaried employee with the understanding of a certain number of required hours per week with two days off, however my hours were increased and most weeks I had to work on at least one of my days off. My salary was never increased on those weeks, but when I fell ill with the flu and upper respiratory infection and had to take two days off to recuperate by doctors orders, my salary was decreased without warning.
The food is delicious and creative
The labor expectations are unrealistic
