a typical day at work included clocking in, cleaning and getting the restaurant set for service. During dinner service, as a busser, tables must be maintained and cleaned at all times, customer service was a must, and food swinging. Hardest part of the job was the very long hours and getting out of work very late at night. The most enjoyable part was the family meals shared by all of the coworkers. It was a time to rest for 15 minutes and eat good food.
