Not a good place to work. Benefits were not bad. Enjoyed working with clients and did not mind travel. Management was bad.

Working with clients was the best part of the job. Dealing with management was difficult because if you were not a part of the small group of favorites, you were left out in the cold. There were no room for advancement and reviews were not given to qualify for pay raise.

This company is very numbers driven, which is stressful. They don't care about the members. They care more about the numbers. I was calling members too much, more than a Bill Collector.

Horrible management and leadership. They will lie and not provide you with the support you need to succeed. I would avoid working for this company until management is overhauled. Don't put miles on your car by driving 4 hours to take a member to appointments. Management only cares about numbers and really could care less about staff.

It’s all about the numbers.

They say they care about employees and members, they don’t!!!! It’s all about the numbers and they remind you frequently. Wasted amount of time on meaningless meetings. They gossip too much!! They only recognize “certain” employees... very poor management. Specially on the Care Coach teams. Big turn over rate. Nurses don’t stay. Manyyyy unhappy employees. They treat nurses as salespeople/telemarketers. They hire nurses but don’t let them utilize their skills.... No incentives!!!! Very poor company vision overall. Horrible/ poor training. No fair opportunities for advancement. Pay is “ok.” Upper management for CC team are very unfair and rude. Favoritism at it’s worst!!!!

unrealistic view of state geography re; travel for job

I expect job descriptions from employers to be truthful and honest.
Upon interview (by phone) clinical supervisor told me that travel
would be Lexington and Louisville, KY. However, after I assumed
position I was expected to drive as far as Ohio. I would not
recommend working for this employer because they were not
honest with potential employees.

I have worked for the company for almost 5 months. The entire staff is dedicated to helping others. We all work together to come up with solutions to problems that arise and management will always listen to our new ideas. It is so rewarding to be able to help people all across the United States from sitting in my home office. Catasys is not only changing lives of their members, they are changing the lives of their employees. Great benefits, paid time off, flexible schedules and wonderful support make this a wonderful place to work.

Over all the company had a good vision and they like to portray that they care about the employees and the members but they are more concerned with numbers and not quality of care. Management is rude , talks to you horribly , lies , manipulative, and definitely likes to control your every move .. including reporting bathroom breaks. Upper management does not associate outside their group , and do not seem approachable . Productivity is never enough .. once you reach your goals they will push and push for you to exceed them .

if you like to travel and be mirco managed this is the place for you!! if you enjoy feeling like being threaten uncomfortable to go to HR this is the place, HR at this company is amazing the upper management is great those direct supervisor who will turn up the sweetness and then blame you. Make you appear to be the bad guy. The members are awesome, TL could careless about the members who need help, mirco managing of those out in the field is what is important. the pay is alright, the upper management has great vision and they really do need research more the team lead to protect those who do the work, who are about quality of care not numbers or wasting time on hours of telephonic meetings with team lead. Over all the company itself has an awesome vision and values. not to mention tl loves to gossip and hire friends new more experienced TL needed to function the way this company intends,

The company appears organized but when it comes to care coaches it was not. They manage by threatening employees. You feel like a solicitor by having to call on a certain amount ... it's quantity over quality.
