Productive and Fun Place to Work
Senior Sales Engineer (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 9, 2018
My management team were straight shooters, they always told it the way it was. Work life balance was pretty good considering they were a startup. Days could be hectic but that was the nature of the beast. All in all, a fun place to work.

Leadership is making terrible decisions
Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAJune 20, 2017
Leadership is unable to motivate the team and set them up for success. Extremely unrealistic goals without a clear way to achieve them. (blind leading the blind). Don't empower their employees. Not sure if anyone has ever hit quota in the time I was there.
Pros
Catered lunch on Fridays
Cons
Culture is miserable

Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 11, 2017
Typical day included sending roughly 30 prospecting e-mails to companies in my territory, trying to build discovery calls and get a Sales Consultant on the line to go through the BANT process, work with BDCS to make sure they use time efficiently, also run entire sales cycle from start to finish

Zero Accountability and Zero Scruples
account executive (Former Employee) –  Back Bay, MAJanuary 5, 2016
This company is a Phenomenal company for a frat boy coming out of college. No rhyme or reason as to how deals come in but you better be a VP or Manager Favorite to get anything. Drumming up new business at this company is like sticking hot coals in your eyes. Professionalism is non existent and deception is at an all time high.

when VP of sales and CEO look you directly in the eye and lie to you and the entire sales force.
Pros
free lunch sometimes
Cons
everything else
