Visit ALL of your CC programs monthly. Interact with staff and clients alike without having management glued to your side when talking. This should prevent in house backlash from management towards employee, or clients.
Bad administrators create a hostile work environment . Listen to the people who are on the frontline. Don't just walk through the building thinking all is well by just talking to your managers. You will only see the picture they want you to see.
These abusive administrators will cost CC more than you can ever imagine and donations will cease. Where will the organization be then ????
