Initially the management team was fair and very well organized as well as skilled at handling rough guests. Most recently, management has drastically changed along with the quality of work. Now the management team today has its “favorites” that unfairly select employees to move up to better positions rather than those who have actually been there for quite a while and have better experience.
Sometimes the management works well with employees under certain circumstances, other times they don’t.
Hours are given to those who are also on the favorites list as well as the “easier shifts.”
If you’re into drama, this place has plenty of it with the management involved too. But most employees get along with each other for the most part until jealousy or tension arises.
Sometimes it’s difficult to get hired here unless you personally know someone and of course if you know one of the “favorites” you’re pretty much guaranteed a position.
Some trainers have even proved to be subpar to company standards, such as training a new employee while sick or hungover.
Overall most employees are easy to get along with while some have questionable traits.
Perhaps the worst thing is not being able to lounge in the bar due to your own employment status. You’re only allowed to dine anywhere else except the bar. Disappointing if you just want to grab a few drinks.
