The future for Marvell is up in the air. Management needs to not just "talk the talk" of ethics and caring about employees, they need to "walk the walk".
Please identify and remove poor and unethical managers. Please help prevent various types of discrimination. Please provide a pathway for employees who need help with their managers to get that help without harming their careers. And next time you do a merge, don't announce that employees will be given a chance to review their managers before the layoffs. Please remove Cavium's "fiefdom" management style where managers do not interfere with other managers that are peers or subordinates.
