Welder (Current Employee) –  Lake Charles, LAApril 22, 2014
A typical day at work consist of welding under a foreman and supervisor. I learned many different ways to weld. The hardest part of this job was being away from my family and only being able to see them one day weekly. The most enjoyable part of this job was being able to advance in welding.

They paid very well and had a very good Human Resources department. They worked with me on my legal issues. Did not push hard and friendly foreman’s and superintendents

Managers are not trained in management!
Sr. Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXMay 18, 2018
I reported to the director of the CSA department in (77042) Houston, Texas. The person in charge was very unprofessional and commented often on other women's appearance. He played favorites and if you held opinions other than his, or if he did not approve of an employee, of he openly offered opinions to their peers as to what he conceived as that persons weakness. In spite of reporting to and working with this very negative manage, I enjoyed supporting the department as a whole.
Pros
Enjoyed supporting the department
Cons
Management/Director
