Bring back work-from-home policy for IT personnel (probably only applies to Dallas office).
Get rid of incompetent managers
Get rid of their micro managing managers and hire people who actually know the job
Actually tell them what their duties will be. Give them an actual in person interview.....and when you fire them 3 years later...for no cause...they WILL get unemployment benefits in Iowa...I did....
I would strongly suggest upper managment start listening to line staff from FM up the company seems to put on a great front yet they will not support the boots on the grounds needs
Hire qualified managers/supervisors

Let project managers work remotely. Too much emphasis is made on being in the office for appearances sake.
Don't discriminate, and be less arrogant.

Be more flexible in letting employees relocate especially if they have an office close to where you are relocating to. In the long run I believe it would have been more advantageous to CBRE had they let me.

Include benefits package with salary, provide training like a union would provide.
