Oct 2018: Extremely Stressful. The Head AR3 Technician at PDX9 is not organized, and loves private one-on-one meetings with other AR Techs. verbally forceful demeanor, makes sure you do what he tells you to do, EXACTLY the way he says to do it. There are verbal consequences for disobedience. No Training for Dematic ARSAWS. Learn as you go. AR Techs are there to make sure the Brand New Unreliable Dematic ARSAW's are free of Tote jams. Takes up 90% of Techs time. Not much time to work on Kiva robots. CBRE very disorganized. Will give them a 2 out of 10. (10 being excellent)…..
I left due to low market rate pay and not enough checks and balances with brokers and how they treated admin staff. This was several years ago, so I’m hoping things have shifted towards retention of admins.
Management issues from previous manager brought over with the new militarized management they brought in being told of old issues allowed to be conversed from old to new and it being held over my head daily
