Not the most rewarding place to work
Prepress operator/production artist (Former Employee) – Shelton, CT – May 23, 2013
There was a constant need to point out who made errors, and who found the errors. Not exactly the ideal way to build a team effort as they profess.
Pay rate was below the norm, but there was (at one time) a bonus plan in place, which was based on quarterly earnings.
Truthfully, the management was not very upstanding, and would say or do anything to shift blame from themselves.
The only plus was that it was very close to my home. Other than that, I certainly do not miss it.
