PCA Personal Care Assistant (Current Employee) – Batavia, NY – October 10, 2018
Bad scheduling. Too many hours. Not enough pay. Movie tickets for birthdays? What if you dont go to the movies cause you just don't go or have time to go. Want to give something good for their b'day, try a day off or money.
You have No idea what your aides do. You should have a surprise check on all aides. You also need to see exactly what the office personnel does. Never able to get a hold of someone in the office, not only for the aides but clients too.
Senior Billing Coordinator (Former Employee) – Rochester, NY – August 11, 2017
Working in Finance can be very stressful, but I enjoy the challenge and it seems to make the time go by a lot faster. I learned in this recent job working for a small company there is always a lot of office gossip going around. You can either join in on it or stay away from it. I think it's best to stay away from the drama and just be the best employee you can be at the end of the day.
Home health aide (Former Employee) – Batavia, NY – December 22, 2016
I enjoyed my clients, but you get paid less than someone at Wendy's, I had the RN fordge my signature on documents, poor scheduling for clients coverage, office staff are ridiculously rude and unorganized.
