Performance is assessed by you (self-assessment) and your manager in July and the increase hits your base salary in October. Like most companies, it's a few % points a year, but they really add up over the years.
The self review is a great opportunity to reflect on and share all of the impact you've made over the (fiscal) year, but we encourage ongoing two-way feedback.

If you're lucky, once per year...But they are VERY small and the company reduces benefits disproportionately...So if you get a 2.5% raise (let's say $1000), they take it back 5x by reducing benefits the following year. Seriously.
