Working for a manager that micromanaged employees constantly and never was able to find contracts. Having to worry if there was a future since contracts were ending and his main concern was obtaining his bonus and riding the contract out, not being concerned for his people and what future they may have.

Company definitely needs to be linked higher management there should be a assessment review test with login of each employee at every stage.
