Days at Cedar Grove can alternate between hectic hours and the doldrums. Early mornings, lunchtimes and early evenings are the busiest, with lots of downtime to input orders, do research or study product information. Workers communicate with Outlook and Skype. The dress code is casual--jeans every day! The hardest part of the job is understanding the - more ... limited English of some customers. Being bilingual would definitely help. The most enjoyable part is the friendly atmosphere, thorough training and helpful attitude of your coworkers. I also enjoyed the peaceful setting. - less
