As a PRN therapist, you work where you are needed and that can vary. Coworkers have all been great to work with and very welcoming when switching departments. Management has been most helpful and easy to work with. The culture is focused on what is best for patients and there is a strong teamwork focus. The hardest part of the job can be the paperwork. - more ... Lots of notes to do and forms to fill out. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you see positive changes in patients. - less
ProsGreat people to work with.
ConsThe amount of paperwork.
