You get out of this job, what you put into it. It definitely requires commitment to learn and motivation but if you can do that, it is a rewarding job. Also a highly competitive environment, which I personally enjoy.

The interviewer does not understand how the pay structure works. Mislead numerous new hires and caused a lot of unrest among the team. Additionally, Upper Management will always provide you with 'Corporate Answers' when asking a legitimate question. Never can you receive a real, genuine answer.

What is the best part of working at the company? The end of the day. 100% Commission job and income is extremely sporadic. Directors were partiers and always showed up late to our Meetings. I guess every Market is different, bit after 6 years, I'm glad I left the Company. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The job is 100% Commission. Your sales tie to what's in stock. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Unfortunately, the Directors don't care about anyone but themselves (that was my experience in Eastern Pennsylvania). What is a typical day like for you at the company?Do a Conference call or a Huddle when you start. Clean the store, put the Shipment away, wait for a Customer to call or come in, go home.

Not a bad company to work for, but don’t feel as much job security as you’d like to. Great work life balance, off on weekends. High pressure sales. Numbers game

Don't waste your time, you can make more money somewhere else working in sales. If you like to sell and enjoy helping people, this is not the place for you. You will end up hating sales. unrealistic sales expectations, and they force products on people. Commission only pay, is good if you can build your book of business. Prepare yourself for pointless meetings and subpar training. If you have a go get them attitude and have a book if business this is your spot, but be prepared to work alone and do other people's work. You can move up as long as you sell. They don't care if it's ethical or not. All they care about are. Also I'm willing to bet if you do a drug screening 90% of the reps would fail.
