There are no managers and any above management doesn't work directly with you. You see your boss only if you are scheduled at the same store as them to work or at a meeting.

Very family like environment. We work hard daily to ensure our success. We don't micromanage reps but we look for people that run themselves and don't need to be watched over all the time.

The culture of Cellular Sales use to be very family oriented. Everyone was always willing to help everyone else. Since they changed the commission structure, however, everyone is looking out for themselves.

The trainer they have is pregnant. Very moody to the point of being very hateful. The traineers in the store are also very rude, unwelcoming. The worst experience i have had in my life.
