I suggest taking a much closer look a the people that are rising to supervisory status. Some of the supervisory staff obviously have little to no training on how to deal with their own staff, much less the general public. I would never recommend this organization to anyone, that would include people seeking employment, as well as people who are seeking medical attention.

Hire permanent and get experienced managers. If Centegra doesn't like the health insurance people present with (the ones that don't pay), they are not being part of the solution. It is shameful that a healthcare provider would not offer their own employees permanent positions or benefits (not to mention sick time off or a vacation).

Management should be on the same page, and consideration of promoting within the company, rather than bringing in somebody new.
Open Forums only work if you are allowed to leave the office to go to them, and we should not be getting news of our jobs from each other, it should come from management first.
