Worked in Treaty Compliance. Was good. Chemical weapons destruction site working with Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Wespons. Inspectors were from various countries.

Excellent Little Company with Caring Leaders

I performed technical writing duties with Centeio Associates, Inc. and I must say, they are a great little company. I had the liberty of writing a high quality, engaging proposal for a contract (we did not win), but it was a fun experience. The people who work there are amazing and it is like a family environment. Very technical and proficient people.

Nice small company culture; The President took me and a fellow analyst out for lunch

Fantastic company that truly cares about their employees

During my time with Centeio Associates, Inc., I feel they provided me with a wonderful opportunity and really matched me perfectly with a position that helped me grow both personally and professionally. They took the time to get to know me, supported my career goals, and were always quick to address any concerns I had. I highly recommend Centeio Associates, Inc. to anyone looking to further their career while working with an innovative, friendly, and hard-working team.

Great Company for Career Growth

This is an excellent company to work for. The management team is very transparent and honest about the future of the company. Management is very supportive of opportunities to grow their employees. Job culture is great and it is very clear that the future of the CAI is very bright.

Family-like atmosphere without the drama

I started working for Centeio Associates Inc a short while ago and felt instantly welcomed. After working for them a little while, I know that I am valued and appreciated as an employee and CAI team member. They are a small company which enables them to have a more personal atmosphere (they even know your name!) and a management team that is responsive and attentive when you need them to be. They are an established firm with many worthwhile contracts on which to work and they continuously seek more contracts to fill to add to their family. For a firm their size they have a good benefits package (Medical, dental, and vision coverage; PTO package; matching 401K) and are willing to "splurge" a little and treat their employees to lunches/dinners among other things, to show their appreciation. I was happy they offered me a position with them but I am even happier that I accepted it!
