As a SPA we are offered only one option for health insurance—a High deductible plan. We get 7 sick days. We are not allowed vacation time or retirement. We cannot participate in an HSA.
I have been applying for quite a while through the website and have never been called for an interview. What would be the best way to apply or does the company choose candidates through a temp agency.
Didn't have healthcare had to become permanent.

Horrible over prices benefits. And their HR person had no idea what they were doing or providing us. Shocked at the fact that a company as large as this had only one person handling all the HR for the entire Texas Market. Not to mention she always had her door shut when she was in office. So if you had questions it was like pulling teeth just to get in to meet with her.
