Toxic Work Culture

The owner is very rude and has no respect for anyone. Stay away your constantly walking on egg shells especially at the main office. He is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t pay enough for what you have to bear with. The reason they are always hiring.

Rude owner, payroll issues

I’ve never worked for a company so disorganized! My money was always behind, commissions were paid 1 or 2 months late!!Owner very disrespectful and don’t care about his employees or tenants. Property is very old, lots of tenants with no a/c for months. Company simply don’t care. Get ready for owner screaming, calling you names, cursing.. NO RESPECT ! I quit and was the best decision ever !

Dont give blood

If you are looking for a place to make some fun money instead of giving blood sign up with Centennial! You can security at USANA and listen to or watch live bands. I have done this job for 2 years. Great management team, great employees to work with. Pace can be slow at times, you have to remain alert and aware of you surroundings. All it takes is for a security guard to slack and some one can take advantage of that. Pace can be quick and you have to keep your head on a swivel at all times.
