Dietary Aide (Former Employee) – North Platte, NE – May 18, 2018
Working for centennial was horrible. Management was terrible. No concern for residents or workers. Stuff for residents were always out of stock, when reported to management we had to wait weeks before we could get the residents the correct drink thickener, snacks or anything else they asked for.
Management (Current Employee) – North Platte, NE – August 10, 2018
Centennial has some of the sweetest and caring staff around. I love getting to know the residents and hearing their stories. You can learn a lot from them. Losing residents is definitely the hardest part of working in a nursing home. It's so easy to get attached to them and they feel like family. Centennial has good health insurance and they offer 401K, life insurance and paid time off.

There is no concern for the well being of the residents OR employees! After complaints were made to upper management no changes were made to improve the well being of the residents.
Centennial Park has Terrible Management. And I have had several mediocre managers but this was by far the worst! The morning kitchen employees are very rude and inconsiderate toward others. I would not recommend the morning shift. The Dietary Director has no sense of leadership or concern for the food OR dietary orders of the residents.
Centennial continues to rank horribly in state inspections and has a terrible reputation in town for resident care. Please save yourself the hassle and work at another nursing home in town!
