Don't bother working there if you are over 30. Where I worked 95% of the staff were female under 30. Staff was very clicky and thin like they had eating disorders themselves.

Don't bother working there if you are over 30. Where I worked 95% of the staff were female under 30 and I don't have to elaborate about that. I am well over 50 and age discrimination was evident. The clients picked up on that and there's no discipline as far as taunting, and disparaging comments flew every day. The only nice comment that one staff said to a client (about a nasty comment she said to me) was, " Don't treat your elders like that." I just wanted to cry.

They make a big deal of how great their work culture is, but I found it to be quite the opposite. This company is cliquey, gossipy, and everyone is out for themselves. They foster a culture where throwing someone under the bus is the norm. Things look very polished on the outside, please don’t be fooled.
