Can be very political
Most recently I was a contract worker. There are no benefits what so ever. I had to pay my own way for office visits in DC. The business group is great to work with.

Great Non-Profit
They do a lot of unknown good for our food that we do not know about. Gives you a do-gooder attitude. The management has changed since I have been there but would be willing to go back.
