Honestly, If you want to work with a population that will keep you going and motivated. Center for social change is it. You will feel like your making a difference in these individuals lives on a daily basis if your have a compassionate heart. However, the staff is in groups by culture. the indivduals are very loving and will touch your heart for a lifetime.
Cons
the entire day on constant subervision from your supervisor and co workers, The pay should be higher with as much work they have you doing
