Accounting Assistant (Current Employee) –  Saint Paul, MNJune 8, 2017
I have learned a lot about international nonprofit accounting. The Finance team management is not consistent, CFOs are not there for long. Workplace culture is very sexist.
Pros
Alot of good people to work with, good benefits.
Cons
Men are treated better than women unless you are an executive

Bilingual Volunteer (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNAugust 14, 2013
As a volunteer opportunity, I was able to set my own hours and there was minimal managerial oversight. All involved with CVT are extremely passionate about their work and very intelligent, working with them was a joy.

the normal work day is from 9:00AM-5:00PM and I have very good co-workers, just we have a difficulty in dealing with management as they have non open-minded approach but I enjoy my work because I'm the responsible for IT department here and my colleagues are fantastic.
