Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, NY

I loved working for this Company there was a lot of very friendly people; co-workers, supervisors, management, techs, etc..with great attitudes and always willing to help an be supportive. Then there had been some you ran across in management especially that would say one thing and make promises of certain things an then never follow through. The only thing that upset me the most with this company was that they were very eager to bring me aboard knowing about my health issues an disabilities then when I had been sick an for a week or so an my doctor was writing me excuses to cover me they were requesting FMLA paperwork in a matter of hours or they were releasing me so at this point I released myself for they didn't give me options. I had not a leg to stand on or didn't even give me a chance to even explain the terms I was hired on or anything. Then told me if an when I got a release for from my doctor an ever wanted to go back I could they would gladly take me back. Who would want to go back?

The pay was horrible. The customers were rude sometimes but overall it is not a bad job. Management lacked some leadership skills but the people in the work environment were nice.

This company is Amazing, I say this because communicating is a number one for this company. Speaking from my experiences, the company goes above and beyond as a parent would their child. If one fail, we all fail. Individual metrics are tracked by each employee and the entire stafff will go above and beyond to ensure you succeed and everyone works together to get the job done! Not to mention ALL of the the advancement opportunities and positions that will allow you to work efficiently in the comfort of your own home/office. 10/10

Honestly this is the most unorganized chaotic mess I have ever encountered. The supervisors gossip about everyone, they literally don't know the contracts they are working for but expect the cs reps to know it.
