Customer Service Representative in Remote

Some days you will have high volume days where the calls are non stop back to back, and other days you will have where you have some breathing room between calls. Honestly a solid call center with top tier training and experts willing to show you the ropes so that you can get your job done correctly . Staff always on hand if you needed help with a question or if a customer gets mad and the call needs to be escalated to a supervisor.

Training was what you would expect, and adequate enough so that you’ll succeed in your role, but after some time the motivation just isn’t there. Maybe more team meetings/pep talks would help. Also, the client WILL drop sudden new policies, and risks (you’ll learn about them in training) are handed out same-day, no adaptation period. Constructive criticism by employees is often stonewalled, even with the clear flaws or double-standards built-into some of the client’s policies.

Place had bed bug issues & management wasn't always communicating towards lower level staff. Also if you miss 2 days you can't get another role to move towards another position inside the company.

Pay is not good . You are more of a payment processor than a CSR. Not worth your time there are much better remote positions out there . You spend most of the time taking payments over the phone for second chance credit cards and the cardholders are very rude about anything negative that occurs on their account that they bring on themselves.
