job
probably one of the better security companies to be employed under, they work with the employees and are flexible, and work for their client and what their interests entail.

It's ok I've worked at better places.
At the site that I work it's like being in High school simply because of the people that I work with. The pay is ok better than other sites. Less than other sites. I'm literally in between two other sites and they both pay more and are better treated.

Security
● Work-life balance
Most security companies hire people with very poor work ethics. They show up to work when their bank account is low and call off when they have enough money.

● Pay & benefits

Health insurance is terrible! 2k per month is unacceptable for the amount of employees they have employed.

● Job security and advancement

60+ hours a week is the norm.

● Overall

Don't expect to be working with people who have great work ethics! They hire anyone who meets all the minimum qualifications. Good work ethics are not required.

Overall, the easiest job you’ll ever find if you’ve ever been in the suck. Primary responsibilities are entry control, vehicle searches, trans frisking and observation. The pay is great, and the benefits are close to TRIcare quality. 12+ Hour shifts. Days and Nights rotate. Great compensation.

The company doesn’t care about you though. Management is only interested in the dollars.

Do not apply
Unless you like working double shifts about 2-3 times a week, often last minute drafts this is not the job for you. we have no real "overtime" pay and absolutely no room for advancement. Upper management is toxic and very sexist, the few women we have working onsite get away with murder with no repercussions. The 400 lbs.+ captain is still here working as.... wait for it.... the trainer. The irony can be cut with a knife its so pathetic. The absolute waste of space is now the one who among other things is the first face new hires see and is the one who conducts our yearly PT runs that is a pass/fail evolution that determines if we have a job or not. Please if you apply, get in and get out as fast as you can. This place is the worst place i have ever worked.
