These are not good people to work for, however, you will learn a lot very quickly. Only work for these people for as long as you need to, and then move on.

It been a wonderful experience working with the company it has enlighten me to continual care after patients discharge from hospital and services provided to make safe and stable especially the elderly at home. I believe every Nurse does not need only hospital experience but must also know what goes on after discharge from hospital.

As a former employee I would need to say that their are to many kiss ups and unprofessional supervisors who favor the ones who do what they say .The only thing I enjoyed was my cubicle.To much gossip and unprofessional managers and employees.Good hours

Must have a well functioning vehicle to travel and don't mind the daily grind of traffic and finding legit parking in heavily populated areas. Finding a good work and life balance really depends on the person and can become difficult especially if you have children. Paperwork is heavy depending on what kind of assessment was done. Meeting deadlines and conducting good assessments can take time. Most patients are interesting and show gratitude.

Helter Skelter work environment with no structure, no training, lack of job knowledge from Directors, poor management skills, favoritism towards certain kinds of employees, unprofessional, micro managers, no work life balance, poor leadership, poor benefits, overworked and unpaid, and unsupportive. They do not care about their employees.

A typical day at work is very relaxing, very informative and gives you the opportunity to learn something new everyday. The management staff is very friendly and caring. The job has no hard areas from time to time you might have a lot to do but once you apply the proper techniques you should be fine. The most enjoyable part of the job is just to be apart of such a successful and growing company.

very disorganized and stressful. Turnover is fast, not rewarding, no incentives.learned to call and interact with patients.Benefits are no good employees does not want it. The nurse manger is responsible for everything.. CTM's gives conflicting answers, making it difficult for staff resulting in confusion.Employees, particularly the RN care managers are leaving at a rapid pace.The only enjoyable part of the job is that no one micromanage you.
