Very unorganized company, makes poor decisions. Can be very stressful. They have you work short staffed, won't hire extra help, but you can't any extra to get your job completed, pay is low.

I love the people I work with but upper management doesn't care about us. There's no room for growth if you're a hard worker because they want to keep you doing all the dirty work and only promote people who suck up.

The employees are great. The staff and agency are unorganized and micro manage. Very toxic work environment - stay away

I can be good depending on the staff you work with..management (Alton,Il) is terrible. Case management and therapist are amazing because we are all working under a quota system to get those direct service hours to keep our jobs so everyone helps each other.
