This is a great company if you plan on having a career with them. If you like the corporate world and you work well in that atmosphere, this is a good place to work. There are ups and down to every job. Centimark as a whole, is a good company. In my opinion, they overcomplicate a lot of things. If they would put more energy into simplifying their programs and keeping some things simple they would be better off. I feel like Centimark has lost focus on some of the base fundamentals that has made it the company it is today. The goal being to hit $1 billion I feel has effected the company in a few negative ways. There are some great paying positions available at Centimark and then there are positions that are not prized enough. Most companies are like pyramids, you have to have a good solid base for the the peak to reach new heights and the people who aren’t at the top seem to get forgotten or not properly compensated.

It's best to start working for CentiMark while you are in your twenties or thirties.; but not required. This way you have time in the company to reap the benefits of a longer tenure on the job thus increasing the benefits the company had to offer.

Overall a good place to work just the hours are not consistent because of weather some weeks are better then others , it's a job not a career it's hard to move up in the company

It's a terrible place to work they treat their employees like garbage you may not get any hours or times I had like 4 hours a week because of the weather which is just unacceptable.
