What advice would you give the CEO of Centra Healthcare Solutions about how to improve it?
Thank you for the advice we absolutely strive to ensure we are only working in states that we maintain licenses in. If there is a circumstance where we submit a candidate to a client and recognize that we do not have the credentials to work in that state we make it immediately known to both parties and make the proper arrangements to ensure the healthcare professional doesn't lose out on any time or opportunities due to an administrative / technical mistake. I completed their CNA program and was hired through that program. I then went to their nursing school and was hired through that program as an RN.
